Deb is currently writing her 10th book, and is already the author of “Go to Help: 31 Strategies to Offer, Ask for, and Accept Help” and "Overcoming Overthinking: 36 Ways to Tame Anxiety for Work, School, and Life" and consults and speaks for clients including Amazon, Google, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Johnson & Johnson, KraftHeinz, L’Oreal, Novartis, PepsiCo, and The United States Army.

When Deb isn't working, she is hanging out with her husband Michael, kids Jacob and Sophie, and rescue dog Nash. She loves true crime, the history of Saturday Night Live, gardening, dark chocolate, and Chapsticks.
