Course overview

The workplace is broken. You can either survive it—or master it.

Burnout isn’t just exhausting—it’s expensive. It stalls careers, drains teams, and keeps organizations stuck in survival mode. If you want to be a top candidate for competitive roles, lead effectively, make more money, or simply engage in work that actually feels meaningful, resilience isn’t optional. It’s the difference between staying stagnant and moving forward.

But let’s be clear: self-care won’t fix burnout. This course flips the script on outdated resilience training, showing you what actually works—on both a personal and organizational level.

You’ll learn how to navigate high-pressure environments without burning out, lead teams that thrive, and position yourself as someone who doesn’t just survive workplace chaos but leverages it for growth.

Backed by hard-hitting research, industry insights, and real-world experience from combat zones to corporate boardrooms, this training delivers what the wellness industry won’t: a practical, no-nonsense roadmap to resilience that actually moves the needle.
