Damian Madden

Damian Madden is a mindful brand strategist and experience architect dedicated to helping people and brands re-design the lives they are living into the lives they want to live. The current Australian CX Leader of the Year, Damian’s work focuses on how art and intentional design can restore balance, reduce burnout and inspire work that is truly transformative.


With a background in retail, marketing and experiential innovation, Damian has worked with all around the world with brands such as Adidas, Vodafone and Pernod Ricard to create more connected brand ecosystems. His proprietary frameworks, The Experience Arc and The Connected Experience Framework, guide organizations in designing spaces, experiences and interactions that cultivate clarity, engagement and human connection.


As the co-founder of art gallery A.SINGLE.PIECE, Damian explores the intersection of art and experience, curating projects that reveal how a single piece of art can shift perspectives and forge deep emotional connections. His expertise also extends into art meditation and presence-based design, and his upcoming book, Random Acts of Art, provides a framework for how art and design can change your life.
