How you will move forward
Define your dream role
Using a structured approach, you will define your passion, super-power, and adjacent skills. You will learn the top technology trends over the next five years. Combined together you will imagine the future by creating your dream role.
Build your support network
Successful tech executives all say people were critical to their success whether it is mentors, peers, or team members. You will learn how to design your network around these critical people. You will proactively plan your network leading to support for your goals.
Construct a brand plan
Using a messaging framework, you'll see how to communicate your unique value. You'll explore different ways of raising your visibility culminating in your action plan to get your brand out within your company and industry.
Learn from people that have been there
Based on my own experience and discussions with global IT executives you'll get a summary of the critical success factors in a tech career. You'll incorporate them into your action plan.

Passion, Strengths and Skills
Through a structured framework you will define your strengths and passions.

Tech Industry Trends
The tech industry trends over the next five years will be discussed including the implications to current careers and how new roles might open.

Define your dream role
Using what you've decided is your unique value and looking at the industry trends you'll write you dream job role give years out. You'll decide what key actions will have to happen to set you in that direction.

Build you network
Using a relationship action plan framework you'll create your support network and contributions they can provide towards your dream role.

Define your brand
You have something unique to offer the world. You'll learn techniques on providing that value into communities both within your current job and the industry.

Sustaining execution
Integrating the work from the course into your weekly habits is key to creating results. You'll get tips on habit change and creating accountability with yourself and others to enact meaningful results.
Course schedule
3 sessions 90 minutes each

7:00pm - 8:30pm EST
Three 90-minute interactive sessions. Sessions will be recorded for review and available to you after the course.
Pre-work
30 minutes per session.
30 minutes of pre-work will be assigned prior to each session helping you get the most out of our time together.
