In search of a way to succeed in corporate America while staying authentic, she became a facilitator for one of the most influential courses at Stanford, known as Interpersonal Dynamics.
Compassion Dynamics combines Christine's extensive self-work, corporate world expertise, and the fundamentals of Interpersonal Dynamics to provide students with a straightforward and practical framework for workplace success.

Christin Chong is a neuroscience PhD who made the leap from the lab bench to working in large biotech corporations.
Having experienced both worlds, she is passionate about helping others overcome their workplace challenges.
Christin incorporates mindfulness practices supported by the latest neuroscience research in the Compassion Dynamics Framework.
In this course, she will help you overcome your cognitive blind spots and support your career transformation as your biggest cheerleader.

Day 1: Self-Compassion Fundamentals
Learn the fundamentals of practicing self-compassion at work, so that you can maximize your creativity for solving workplace problems.
You will create a personalized toolkit so that you can access self-compassion even in the toughest work situations.

Day 1: Reframe the Problem
We will dive into each student's workplace problem and identify ways to reframe them effectively.
Learn to draw boundaries the healthy way and "rightsize" workplace problems with self-compassion.

Day 2: Compassion Dynamics Framework
Learn a new way to build workplace relationships effectively by mastering the 3 key elements: intrapersonal dynamics, interpersonal dynamics, and group dynamics.
Understand how each of these elements underlie workplace challenges, and how to address them systematically to your advantage.

Day 2: Real World Practice
Learn to apply the Compassion Dynamics Framework to your workplace problem.
You will walk away with the self-confidence and a roadmap to resolve future challenges as they arise.
