Originally from CA, I moved to New York after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder (GO BUFFS!), going on to complete my Master’s in Communication. For 18 years, I have been teaching and coaching individuals toward interpersonal health.


I specialize in providing interpersonal health consulting for businesses, tailoring strategies and innovative solutions to help employees communicate more effectively at home, so they can be productive communicators at work.
