How to write a clear process anyone can follow

This 3-hour workshop will provide guidance and a template for creating process steps, structure, naming, and visuals. Note: The class does not cover process mapping or process levels. The workshop includes pre-work, individual work time on actual documentation for your business, peer review time to test your document's clarity, and group discussions. Learn how to accommodate other learning styles for clearer documentation

One breakout session will involve another student reading through and advising on changes to improve your documentation. You will also have access to ask for instructor feedback on your documentation during or after class.
