They don't want your features, they want to get what they need to get done. In this module, we will dive deep into the customer problem with Jobs to Be Done (JBTD).

Fall In Love With The Problem:


The problem a customer has and the customer are two sides of the same coin. So in this module, we will explore the customer side of the equiation:<ul><li>Know how to define and prioritize them.</li><li>Craft a customer persona.</li><li>Learn how to talk to the user in an effective way to uncover pain point points.</li></ul> Homework: You will have about 1 hour of homework
