Product management has been over-complicated and misrepresented. Product management is not pie in the sky, building products from scratch. Today, product management is about using data, insights, and a lot of sharp reasoning to uncover improvement opportunities and deliver value while managing the product decisions of your stakeholders. We've designed our curriculum to illustrate a linear process for product strategy that leads seamlessly into execution. You'll move from APM, whether associate or aspiring, to PM faster. We teach hypothesis-driven and data-informed problem solving perfect for product managers working in or seeking to grow and extend existing products. The program is 4 weeks. You'll experience a comprehensive 8-module async curriculum built on a real-life case accompanied by optional live sessions with breakouts and instructor feedback. We've also thrown in a couple bonus workshops led by great minds in the tech ecosystem. In this 4-week course, you will live through a Product Manager's first 100 days. We will cover:✅ Onboarding to a project and team✅ Identifying and prioritizing which problems to work on✅ Collecting and analyzing data to validate your hypotheses✅ Coordinating and leading your cross-functional team✅ Roadmapping features and influencing leadership✅ Launching your first experiment ⭐ You will walk away with a fully completed PRD pitch deck and MVP that you can submit for your performance evaluation or upcoming interview. ⭐ ⭐ Join a slack community of peers and mentors you can turn to during and after the course.

To ensure the concepts sink in, each week you will work through two product simulations based on real-life experiences.

Required Comprehensive On-Demand Modules 

In partnership with an engineer, you'll learn how to properly translate your AI-generated PRD to a technical specification document that engineers use to plan and deliver products.

Work with an Engineer to build a Technical Specification Document

Each chapter has associated homework assignments. As long as you submit your work, it will be evaluated. The grader has been trained on previously successful student responses and instructor's own rubric. You'll always know where you stand.
