Course overview

Think and act like a seasoned Product Manager.

Product management has been over-complicated. We've designed our curriculum to illustrate a linear process for product execution. You'll move from APM, whether associate or aspiring, to PM faster.


In this 4-week course, you will live through a Product Manager's first 100 days.


We will cover:

✅ Onboarding to a project and team

✅ Identifying and prioritizing which problems to work on

✅ Collecting and analyzing data to validate your hypotheses

✅ Coordinating and leading your cross-functional team

✅ Roadmapping features and influencing leadership

✅ Launching your first experiment


⭐ You will walk away with a fully completed product pitch deck that you can submit for your performance evaluation or upcoming interview.

Two fully embedded simulation exercises

To ensure the concepts sink in, each week you will work through two product simulations based on real-life experiences.

Tactics, definitions, and explanations

There are no dumb questions here! We will cover nuances in every product scenario, and you are always free to bring up any problems you're currently struggling with.

Capstone Project

Throughout the course, you'll complete a Product Pitch Deck for you to submit for promotion panels or job interviews. You'll have an additional full week to complete the capstone, then you'll present your capstone to your cohort.

  • Weekly On-Demand Content

    4-6 hours per week

    The self-guided content includes exercises to immediately apply your knowledge. We built the content so that concepts are refreshed at the start of each chapter to illustrate how concepts connect to one another.

  • Live Sessions

    7:00 to 8:15 pm EST

    You'll experience a two live sessions throughout the 5-weeks


    August 30th: Kick-off + Meet & Greet

    Oct. 4th: Capstone Project Presentations


    Throughout the course, you'll be able to schedule 1:1 sessions with your instructor.

  • Peer-Pairing

    1-2 hours per week

    You'll be assigned a partner to complete the course with. You will provide each other feedback on exercises and hold each other accountable to completing the course on time.

  • 1:1 Virtual Sessions with Instructors

    30-minutes

    Office hours are old news! Course enrollment includes three 45-minute 1:1 sessions with the course instructors and other product experts supporting the class.

  • Capstone Project

    Throughout the course, you'll complete a Product Pitch Deck for you to submit for promotion panels or job interviews. You'll have an additional full week to complete the capstone, then you'll present your capstone to your cohort.
