Week 3: 👷🏽‍♂️ Thriving Through Self-Care & Building Your Resilience Action Plan


By nurturing self-care and creating a resilience action plan, you prioritize your well-being and gain strategies to navigate challenges with confidence and strength.


We'll Cover:

  • Effective techniques to promote self-care awareness.
  • Create a personalized action plan to foster resilience.
