Course overview
You tried last year’s Top-Ten Tips for Stopping Procrastination, hit all the milestones in the previous year’s Three Steps for Avoiding Procrastination, and pledged to adhere to Six Foolproof Ways to Conquer Procrastination the year before that. Of course, you’ve also added the latest second brain productivity apps and practically memorized the entirety of Atomic Habits.
You may not have plunged into those exact programs, but we bet that you placed at least some of your chips on others just like them.
All to the same end: Shining success at the start followed by an unstoppable downhill slide that brought you all the way back to your starting point.
We get it! Procrastination sucks. And unfortunately most of the solutions out there simply don’t work. At least not well enough. Or long enough.
But that doesn’t have to be the way the story ends.
This course is different because we’re agnostic. We don’t believe there’s just one solution–whether it’s expressed as ten tips, three steps, or six ways–to the agonizing problem of procrastination. We don’t pledge allegiance to a single theory or approach.
As passionate researchers, scientists, and practitioners in behavior design, we’ve spent the long hours necessary to synthesize the best of what’s out there to offer you an integrated, transtheoretical model for crushing the daylights out of procrastination. We give it to you in a way that’s concise but covers all the bases.
Manage the Overwhelm, Fear, and Dread That Make Procrastination So Appealing
Get everything you need to crush procrastination. Instead of struggling with too much work, unclear priorities, competing demands, lack of focus, and the fear of failure, learn how to keep all the balls in the air without the usual stress and anxiety. Face the tasks, even the tedious or difficult ones, with a sense of possibility and optimism.
01
For anyone struggling with overwhelm, too much to do in too little time, setting the right priorities, and keeping your head above water.
02
Parents who want to do well at work and at home but feel guilty because they let too many things slip and items on the todo list remain.
03
For anyone who’s suffered with the anguish and distress of perfectionism, paralyzed until it’s almost too late to make important deadlines.
