Dr. William Brantley is an experienced Training and Development Manager who specializes in using AI to enhance training programs to benefit both organizations and employees. With a solid background in Learning Engineering and Instructional Design, Dr. Brantley is skilled at developing strategic training initiatives that support corporate objectives. His work has earned him recognition from Training Magazine, which awarded him the Emerging Training Leader in 2019, and he has contributed greatly to significant projects such as the 2022 Naval Inspector General Training Symposium and the 2020 U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Leadership Symposium.

As the President and Chief Learning Officer at Brantley Advanced Social Sciences Applications (BAS2A), Dr. Brantley creates innovative training programs that use AI to improve learning experiences.
