Dr. William Brantley is an experienced Training and Development Manager who specializes in using AI to enhance training programs to benefit both organizations and employees. With a solid background in Learning Engineering and Instructional Design, Dr. Brantley is skilled at developing strategic training initiatives that support corporate objectives. His work has earned him recognition from Training Magazine, which awarded him the Emerging Training Leader in 2019, and he has contributed greatly to significant projects such as the 2022 Naval Inspector General Training Symposium and the 2020 U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Leadership Symposium.

As the President and Chief Learning Officer at Brantley Advanced Social Sciences Applications (BAS2A), Dr. Brantley creates innovative training programs that use AI to improve learning experiences. He has aligned learning initiatives with talent development goals and has created interactive content for different learning platforms. His work in implementing an LMS across several organizations and starting leadership development programs at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office have helped organizations grow their capabilities.

Dr. Brantley has been teaching as an adjunct faculty member for more than 20 years at the University of Louisville and the University of Maryland, where he offers courses on communication technologies, project management, and digital transformation. He has created and delivered Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) to over 20,000 international students and is known for his use of flipped and blended learning strategies. His various certifications, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), and Project Management Professional (PMP), demonstrate his extensive knowledge in training and development.
