Anthony Ware | Principal, Founder, & Mental Wealth Strategist

Anthony Ware | Principal, Founder, & Mental Wealth Strategist

Anthony is the lead researcher and author of the Founder Mental Wealth Report.


After going the traditional route of getting a degree and job, he jumped from the corporate ladder to launch startups. Due to ignoring his scarcity mentality from childhood, he broke down mentally in November 2010 after his third startup failed. 


As a result, he decided to focus his company, based on his own mental health experiences, on the mental health of his community of underestimated entrepreneurs to make it easier for them to be successful in life and the businesses they create.


The combination of his life experiences has helped him develop a deep level of empathy and grace. This foundation allows him to connect with people, find key insights, and synthesize solutions to help people in powerful ways because he's lived through the experience. The result is him being able to run his businesses and research to help underestimated (Black, Indigenous, PoC, Women, & LGBTQIA) entrepreneurs use their mental wealth to leapfrog business norms, and create new levels of generational impact and wealth.

Orientation & What is Mental Health

After orientation, you will learn the differences between mental health, mental wealth, and mental illness. You will learn to make your first mental wealth deposit.

Explore Your Life

In this module, you will create a map of your life and an ongoing list of lived experience for future inspiration. This is the first piece of your mental wealth toolkit.

Creating Mental Wealth

You will create the first version of your mental wealth toolkit.

Bridge between Your Mental Health and Business

The bridge between your mental wealth and your business is the truth. You will explore the current truths about your business and how they relate to your mental wealth.

05

Business in a Pandemic and Post-Pandemic World

You will explore the context of running a business during a pandemic and how to prepare for the ambiguity of a post-pandemic world.

06

Put it all together - Mental Wealth in Action

You will create and refine a new roadmap for your life and business using your mental wealth toolkit.
