Welcome, introductions & how to think like a SPM
Let's meet each other and say hi! Also we'll jump right into learning the mental models I believe are most important for thinking like an SPM.

How to shape problems
In this module I'll show you techniques that have worked well for me when shaping problems that lead to world class solutions.

How to set direction for the team
In this module you'll learn how to step out of the day to day and set direction through strategy and outcome based objectives.
04
How to execute and communicate effectively
In this module we'll discuss techniques for building an autonomous team, perfecting delivery systems and becoming a great communicator.
Course schedule
1.5 hours per week, for four weeks
Wednesdays
1:00pm - 2:30pm EST
Live sessions on August 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd. Everything will be recorded and available for you after the live events.
