Course overview

Go from misunderstood outsider to trusted manager and motivator

So many topics to understand, accept and adapt to as well as entirely new concepts to absorb. Why? Different countries think, work, believe and feel differently on a whole range of items…

These coaching webinars open your mind on how to overcome the obstacles you are guaranteed to meet.

Who is this coaching program for

01

You're a Managers or Team leader working in, or with, other countries. (Often with another culture and not your native language).

02

You need to understand, adapt and communicate effectively to create a positive and productive working relationship with the other country.

03

You need to feel comfortable, stimulate cooperation, inspire confidence and generate trust in a multilingual, multicultural group.

With this coaching program you will

Discern cultural differences

Understanding other countries culture and way of working is fundamental to a good, successful working relationship. You need to understand and adapt to succeed. Interaction can be difficult not because of skills (or lack of) but because of a different way of thinking and acting!

Overcome suspicion and distrust

When the concept of an idea or project is totally unfamiliar, strange and never before heard of, it can make for serious distrust and dislike. Being able to see through and adapt to their (and your own) predeterminations and opening your mind can totally change the relationship.

Recognise other values, beliefs and priorities

Just taking the time and making the effort to learn about the other countries values, beliefs, priorities and vision on work, life and respect can make all the difference to personal, professional and business relationships.

Put it all together to create trust and a successful international partnership

Having delved into the specific cultural differences, respecting the values and beliefs and pinpointed areas of potential suspicion or distrust, you then put it all together in the way that best suits the country you are working with and results you wish to obtain.
