Meet your instructor
Adil Faisal
Adil is an Enterprise Agile Coach and Product Maker with two decades of experience in software product development. He works with start-ups, enterprises, states, and government agencies and helps them with Lean-Agile Product Innovation. He has worked and consulted for Microsoft, NIH, HHS, USAID, and several non-profits and startups in the USA and Asia. He holds several patents on SaaS and DevOps. Adil is passionate about helping teams and organizations “Make and Measure what Matters”. He lives in Maryland with his wife and two very agile sons.
Steve Teske
Steve is an Enterprise Agile Coach with 20+ years of experience in product development as a software engineer, project manager, scrum master, architect, and release train engineer. Steve is passionate about helping teams maximize their performance using a data-driven approach. Steve consistently delivers tailored decision-making solutions to his clients so they can see the true performance of their organization and leverage the insights to improve execution.

These will be pretty intense, interactive learning sessions. We will learn together from our peers as well. To get the most out of the class, please prepare to commit 1-2 hours per week outside the class, for the 2 weeks.
