Adil Faisal

Adil Faisal

Adil is an Enterprise Agile Coach and Product Maker with two decades of experience in software product development. He works with start-ups, enterprises, states, and government agencies and helps them with Lean-Agile Product Innovation. He has worked and consulted for Microsoft, NIH, HHS, USAID, and several non-profits and startups in the USA and Asia. He holds several patents on SaaS and DevOps. Adil is passionate about helping teams and organizations “Make and Measure what Matters”. He lives in Maryland with his wife and two very agile sons.

  • "So, when are we shipping?" The art and science of long-term estimation.
  • Are we a feature sweat-shop or a learning organization?

Build The Thing Right

  • Do we have a System Architecture?
  • What does our DoD look like?
  • Are there any bottlenecks between the Business and Delivery side of the house?
  • How do we measure our build quality?

Build with agility

  • Are we delivering value or firefighting?
  • Is THAT team doing only busy work?
  • Are our teams over or under-committing?
  • "When can we ship it?" The Art and Science of short-term estimation.
  • Are there silos in our team? What can we do about it?

Course schedule

6 hours per week
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays

    5:00pm - 7:00pm EST

    These will be pretty intense, interactive learning sessions. We will learn together from our peers as well. To get the most out of the class, please prepare to commit 1-2 hours per week outside the class, for the 2 weeks.
