In 2018, I launched my company and created the Manager to Leader (MTL) masterclass. MTL is unlike other leadership "training". You won't learn theory. You'll apply specific "in-the-trenches" tactics and frameworks to lead with confidence today, not someday.

MTL has been delivered to leaders all over the world. By now 1400 managers have graduated from this program and gone on to become incredible leaders.
