Saleha is a Product & Operations leader who has successfully shipped 10+ applications, collectively earning $5+B in total revenue and managing $1+T in asset portfolios for employers and clients. She has coached 20+ teams on operational and product excellence.
She has a proven history of success in developing high-yield products for software companies, managing high performance software teams and projects, and leading organizational change initiatives. She has gained expertise in developing and executing product vision and strategy for various verticals from Fintech, Supply Chain to most recently within blockchain and the carbon projects industry. She holds a Bachelors in Physics and is working towards a MSc in Quantum Technology.
Saleha is an advocate for building socially responsible and conscientious technology. She is a serving member of Engineers Without Borders (ToPro) and a founding member of the Hav3n Collective which is focused on creating financial, educational and entrepreneurial resources for female entrepreneurs, creators and builders in Web3.
Dylan Porter is a Senior AI Implementations Specialist at SoundHound AI.
Dylan Porter is currently a Senior AI implementations Specialist at SoundHound AI, where he leads the development and optimization of vocal AI products. Before SoundHound, Dylan spent more than a decade in the education sector, with the past four years focused on the intersection of education technology and conversational AI.
Previously, at Outschool, Dylan championed end-user advocacy, identifying and resolving feature bugs, exceeding performance targets, and driving key product improvements. With hands-on experience in scaling AI-driven products across different industries, Dylan brings a practical approach to designing and optimizing technology that meets both user needs and business goals. His expertise lies in leveraging data analytics and innovative problem-solving to build scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
Dylan holds a Master’s of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from The University of Kansas. While working on the admissions team of The Wharton School’s Executive MBA program, he completed a Certificate in Online Teaching at The University of Pennsylvania. He is the founder of SEVA Service Learning, an experiential learning NGO in Nepal, and from 2010-2012, served as a U.S. Peace Volunteer in Moldova.
In his spare time, Dylan enjoys reading, collecting vinyls, spending time outdoors, and competing in triathlons.
