Erin is the co-founder of Change Code, a web3 project monetizing impact assets.
Erin Murphy is the North America Software Lead at Aurora Energy Research, a global energy markets analysis firm leading the energy transition. She is also the co-founder of Change Code, a new web3 project forging primitives and easy-to-use building blocks for the standardization, verification, and enhanced monetization of impact assets (including, but not limited to, carbon).
She previously served as the Chief Growth Officer at Topl, a venture-backed, impact-focused layer 1 blockchain protocol. Erin holds an MBA and MA from The Wharton School and Lauder Institute respectively. Before graduate school, she spent a decade in the international development aid sector, working in East Europe and South Asia on projects relating to micro-enterprise development, financial inclusion, and post-conflict infrastructure.
Erin enjoys languages and is fluent in Russian and in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian. She serves as an Associate Board Member for the American Near East Refugee Association and as a Board Member of SEVA Service Learning, an education non-profit in Nepal.
Dylan Porter is a Senior AI Implementations Specialist at SoundHound AI.
Dylan Porter is currently a Senior AI implementations Specialist at SoundHound AI, where he leads the development and optimization of vocal AI products. Before SoundHound, Dylan spent more than a decade in the education sector, with the past four years focused on the intersection of education technology and conversational AI.
Previously, at Outschool, Dylan championed end-user advocacy, identifying and resolving feature bugs, exceeding performance targets, and driving key product improvements. With hands-on experience in scaling AI-driven products across different industries, Dylan brings a practical approach to designing and optimizing technology that meets both user needs and business goals. His expertise lies in leveraging data analytics and innovative problem-solving to build scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
Dylan holds a Master’s of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from The University of Kansas. While working on the admissions team of The Wharton School’s Executive MBA program, he completed a Certificate in Online Teaching at The University of Pennsylvania. He is the founder of SEVA Service Learning, an experiential learning NGO in Nepal, and from 2010-2012, served as a U.S. Peace Volunteer in Moldova.
In his spare time, Dylan enjoys reading, collecting vinyls, spending time outdoors, and competing in triathlons.
