What people are saying about Manager Essentials

“I’ve been to a number of manager trainings and none were nearly as tactical and  immediately applicable as this workshop with Jami. I left this training ready to restructure  my 1:1s and adjust our team meeting. On top of that, it was invigorating to gather with  other leaders to openly workshop our leadership successes and failures.”
Maya Latimore

Customer Success Leader
"I was brand new to management when I went through Manager Essentials and it immediately gave me the structure and direction that I needed to hold better 1:1 meetings, understand my team members' unique goals and motivators, and embrace the responsibility of being a new manager. Highly recommend!"
Andrea Weinberg

"Since going through this training, I've used the getting to know you questions countless times with huge success. I have found my people really open up with each question, especially when I ask, "is there anything else I should know about you?" Thank you so much for teaching me that!"

This training should be a prerequisite for all managers, new and old, to ensure they are well equipped to lead, develop, and represent their company to the highest standard possible.  Not only was the content well curated, but the opportunity to openly discuss the topics with other managers allowed for moments of candid insight and growth.
