Chair, U.S. Blockchain Coalition
Arry is the original creator of the curriculum as this kind of course did not and still did not exist, until now. She wanted a course that was more theory based and a comprehensive overview of the entire end-to-end spectrum of that space.
She is the Chair of the U.S. Blockchain Coalition, powered by the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA), the largest US tech industry association. She was one of the early pioneers that completed a $32m tokensale in an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) back in 2017. She founded the Cascadia Blockchain Council in 2018. Arry has been an avid educator, advocate, investor, and innovator in the space since 2016.
Founder, Investor, Educator
Steve has spent most of his professional career in airplanes and spaceships but has also worked in music, hospitality, emergency medicine, manufacturing, telecommunications, and service industries. In 2017 he caught the business bug and transitioned into startups. He Founded American Virtual Makerspace, Inc., raised multiple rounds of funding and graduated from the Seattle Founder Institute startup accelerator in 2019. Exposure to startups and the tech sector led him to blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, Web3.0 and all the information (and misinformation) that hovers throughout the space. Currently, Steve is an advisor to several startups, innovation manager for NWIRC and a contributing member of the U.S. Blockchain Coalition. Steve regularly facilitates community activities aimed at educating people of all backgrounds for the betterment of society at large. Steve is dedicated to lifelong learning and helping people understand the systems upon which the world is built.
