Yuan is a professionally trained leadership coach with iPEC. She is a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Yuan has been actively coaching creative leaders and managers since 2020.

Yuan has supported hundreds of creative leaders to grow their careers and leadership skills. Her clients range from independent business owners to leaders from high-growth companies, such as Airbnb, On Deck, and Slack.

Besides coaching, Yuan leads the design team at Maven and teaches design at California College of the Arts. She has previously spent a decade leading design at Airbnb, Twitter, and Mozilla.
