Max has been an entrepreneur for most of his adult life, leading a busy and ever-changing life as he built his small business and traveled to various places around the world, from affluent destinations to struggling communities. Work became a way for Max to distract himself from his personal challenges, but eventually he was faced with his demons. That's when yoga, hand-standing, self-discovery, and adventure became the tools that helped him rebuild his confidence. Max found peace and transformation through the practice of yoga, which became a moving meditation for him. Join us for ten (10) exciting weeks for 60 minute classes, where you'll discover the secrets of yoga for increasing height and improving overall health. Each class will dive into the core concepts of yoga, including breath work and posture, and provide practical tips.
Mid Course Check-in's
Personal Phone Call
Pick a time that works for you. Let's break down the course so far. Around the 5 week mark, students will have a chance to pick up the phone and chat with Max. The journey turns more personal here. The second 5 weeks can be intense.
Weekly Dedication
2 hours per week
We wish it was magic too sometimes... but it's not. And finding that daily, healthy habit pattern that can keep you consistent it the goal. Expect 2 hours of stretching offline each week.
