Course overview
Don't wait to be given the chance to lead - start learning how you can gain credibility and influence today.
This course is designed for people who identify as women. This allows us to explore the unique challenges women face when communicating at work.
01
You identify as a woman who's looking to step into leadership in your next role.
02
You're tired of seeing others take credit for your work.
03
You struggle with confidence and imposture syndrome when defending your ideas in meetings.
04
You want to build stronger working relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues.
The progression pathway can be murky. It's helpful to have internal champions rooting for your success.
You will learn stakeholder empathy mapping - a technique that will ensure you strategically build the relationships you need to get access to new opportunities.
Before you get others to follow, you need to have a strong point of view on the right direction.
This course will equip you with decision-making frameworks that will help you make robust, data-driven decision so you can take on more strategic projects.
Most people think that the best ideas win. In reality, the ideas that are best communicated win.
This course doesn't just teach theory and tactics, but focuses on practice and application that will help you see results right out of the gate.
The course is rooted in the theory and science of human psychology - how decisions are made, common biases, and how to motivate.
You will practice crafting talking points in a way that appeals to human psychology.
While friendship is not guaranteed, this course is designed to foster meaningful connections.
The groups are intentionally designed to ensure you are working with women that share similar professional goals and level as you.

10 years of experience in Commercial, Business Development, and Leadership roles at fast growing tech companies, including Square, Uber, AdRoll, and DueDil.
Most recently, I led Merchant Acquisition & Enablement Uber Eats UK&I where I led a 50+ person team focused on Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Ops.
I've managed both ICs and Leaders and helped dozens of women level up in their fields through 1-to-1 mentorship and coaching.
My personal mission is to close the gap at the top in female leadership.
"For every 100 men who are promoted from entry level to manager, only 87 women are promoted, and only 82 women of color are promoted." (LeanIn.org)
The key to mending this 'gap' is intentional leadership coaching and peer mentorship with other emerging female leaders.
