Then I realized the power of building professional relationships and focusing on the "long game."

Week 1 - Why
Most of the time, our job search is focused on the 'what' of our experience, touching a little on the 'how.'
However, when you're building professional relationships, it's important to lead with your 'why.'
In Week 1, we'll focus on building your 'why,' value statement, and positioning.

Week 2 - Who
To build professional relationships, it's important to identify who (or at least develop a persona of the type of people) you'd like to meet and engage with.
We'll do a deep dive into building your key personas in Week 2.

Week 3 - Where
You have your 'why' and you've built a persona of the type of people you want to meet; now you have to figure out where to find them.
That's what we'll do in Week 3.

Live sessions will happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three consecutive weeks.
Each session will last one hour and will take place on Zoom.
2-3 hours per week
There will be two weekly projects, each taking about 1-2 hours to complete.
These projects will be discussed in the live sessions.
