I am an experienced engineering and product leader with over 10 years of leadership experience in companies like LG, Zalando, Telefonica O2, On AG. I have experience building teams in countries like India, South Korea, Germany and the UK. I moved on from an individual contributor of over 8 years to management career in 2014 without any playbook and mentor. This course came to fruition thanks to my failures and success over the past years as I stumbled from one leadership challenge to the other. At LG (GS Shop), I built new platform team to rollout the biggest B2B2C platform in East Asia. At Zalando (biggest e-commerce player in EU), I led the engineering teams to build and operate the onsite experience for 30 million customers and built the engineering team for enabling customers to find the right fit online. At On AG, I am building the global e-commerce teams to drive the technology strategy for the innovation beacon in sports brand. In the past 10 years, I have coached 100s of new leaders and led new leader enablement training across all sizes of organization.
