Measuring the current state of your monetization strategy

  • You'll examine the health of your current monetization model.
  • You'll get a step-by-step approach to analyzing your current revenue and building revenue creation cohorts.
  • You'll learn how to build revenue retention cohorts and analyze and identify optimization opportunities.

Implementing monetization strategies

  • You'll learn how to build a max-diff survey to do feature/benefit analysis to understand the value spectrum of your features.
  • You'll learn how to analyze willingness-to-pay through the Van Westendorp pricing model, live testings, and other techniques.
  • You'll learn how to charge your customers, when, and at which frequency.

Paywall optimization

  • You'll learn how to build high-converting paywalls.
  • You'll learn how to run paywall A/B tests and incorporate findings to scale the experimentations.
  • You'll learn about the essential features of paywalls and how to set up experimentation procedures for a maximized impact.

Lifecycle marketing strategies for subscription optimization

  • You'll learn how to set up lifecycle marketing campaigns to optimize subscription revenue.
  • You'll learn how to onboard paid users, work on their retention and prevent churn.

Course schedule

  • Two live weekend workshops

    We'll meet for live workshops, each 1.5 hours long, on May 27 & 28, 8-9 PM CEST (1-2 PM ET)

  • (Optional) Two live Q&As

    8-9 PM CEST (1-2 PM ET)

    We'll have three Q&A sessions, 30 minutes each, on June 3 &4, 8-9 PM CEST (1-2 PM ET) to answer all your questions about the workshops and any other questions that might arise.

  • Weekly projects

    2 hours per week

    You'll be assigned to do a real-world project after the workshops. You'll analyze your monetization model, identify areas of opportunity, conduct a willingness-to-pay analysis, build a paywall, and much more. The instructor will provide feedback during Q&As or via email.
