In this hands-on, immersion program you practice Scrum, experience being a Scrum Master, and develop real-life stories to grow in your career.


Hands-on experience

Practice acting as Scrum Master, applying Scrum, and facilitating Scrum events.


Practice the tools

Manage your project with a Kanban board, Jira, Trello, Miro.


Work on a real project

Select a project, organize the work, create a backlog, track progress.


Get coaching

Throughout the program, you get coaching on how to be a Scrum Master, how to apply Scrum, and how to improve.


With this program you develop real-life experience as a Scrum Master while getting coaching to help you grow. The course is broken up in 5 weeks: each week you execute a Sprint while acting as Scrum Master on the team. Sprint 1 is orientation and setup, and then Sprints 2 to 5 are project work. The last Sprint is also dedicated to resume and interview prep.

Valerio Zanini

Certified Scrum Trainer, Agile Coach

A Scrum and Product Management trainer, Valerio is passionate about helping people learn about Scrum and support teams in their agile practices.

With two decades of product development experience in a variety of organizations including Capital One, Cisco, Goozex.com and others, he works with organizations worldwide to spark a culture of innovation and agility, with training and hands-on coaching. He’s the CEO of 5D Vision, an agile and product innovation consulting firm based in Washington DC.

He is the co-author of Sprint Your Way to Scrum, and the author of Deliver Great Products That Customers Love. He also hosts Product Bytes, a video channel on Product Management, Innovation, and Agile topics.
