Go from theory to practice, and prepare for a real Scrum Master job

In this hands-on, immersion program you practice Scrum, experience being a Scrum Master, and develop real-life stories to grow in your career.

Hands-on experience

Practice acting as Scrum Master, applying Scrum, and facilitating Scrum events.

Practice the tools

Manage your project with a Kanban board, Jira, Trello, Miro.

Work on a real project

Select a project, organize the work, create a backlog, track progress.

Get coaching

Throughout the program, you get coaching on how to be a Scrum Master, how to apply Scrum, and how to improve.

With this program you develop real-life experience as a Scrum Master while getting coaching to help you grow. The course is broken up in 5 weeks: each week you execute a Sprint while acting as Scrum Master on the team. Sprint 1 is orientation and setup, and then Sprints 2 to 5 are project work. The last Sprint is also dedicated to resume and interview prep.

Practice Sprint Planning and tracking the work in the Sprint

Practice organizing the Sprints and tracking the work, Sprint by Sprint using Sprint Reports and Burn-down charts.

Get hands-on experience with a variety of digital tools

Setup and use a variety of digital tools to boost your confidence and prepare for a job in an IT environment, including AI generation, online shopping, and creative tools.

Build your set of stories

Practice Scrum interviews and get ready for a Scrum Master job interview.

    We'll use this time to get ready for your first Sprint.

  • Mondays (Sprint Planning)

    7:00pm EST

    Every week, this is Sprint Planning for a new sprint. We do weekly sprints. 60 minute meeting.

  • Fridays (Sprint Review/Retro)

    Multiple timeslots available

    Weekly coaching calls to review progress, practice a Retrospective, and provide support as needed. 60 minute meeting.

  • Weekly Coaching


    Weekly coaching calls to review progress, practice a Daily Scrum or Retrospective, and provide support as needed. 1-on-1 or group coaching, pick the time that works for you.

  • Weekly project activities

    2 to 4 hours per week

    Hands-on work using a list of PBIs in your Sprint Backlog to organize the sprint, and a burn-down to track the progress. With a team.

  • Orientation and Q&A

    April 2 @ 3pm EST

    Join us for an orientation session on the program before getting started. This is also a Q&A session to answer any questions you may have about the program.

A Scrum and Product Management trainer, Valerio is passionate about helping people learn about Scrum and support teams in their agile practices.

With two decades of product development experience in a variety of organizations including Capital One, Cisco, and others, he works with organizations worldwide to spark a culture of innovation and agility, with training and hands-on coaching. He’s the CEO of 5D Vision, an agile and product innovation consulting firm based in Washington DC.

He is the co-author of Sprint Your Way to Scrum, and the author of Deliver Great Products That Customers Love. He also hosts Product Bytes, a video channel on Product Management, Innovation, and Agile topics.
