Framework & practical tips on driving growth through supply

In this course, we'll cover an overall framework helping you to think about how to use supply to drive growth in a marketplace business. Then, we'll go into specific examples from my experiences in high growth marketplaces. I'll include details about specific challenges, metrics impacting product, marketing and operations.

The courses special sauce is that I'll bring everything to life by sharing of true stories about product decisions, marketing success and failures, operational and organizational challenges. We'll also dive into business problems & opportunities in your day-to-day work.

At the end of the course, I expect all participants to walk away with a holistic understanding of how to think about supply in the context of a marketplace and many practical, new ideas on how they use supply to drive growth. Students will be better to positioned to lead and persuade others, and to drive impact.

This course covers topics across product management, marketing, and strategy & operations. Content will be covered over the course of 5 live sessions, followed by short, optional homework assignments to stimulate asynchronous discussion.
