03
You’re in a consulting role and want to upgrade your skills to add innovative data & AI use cases to your portfolio.
Learn how to translate business problems into data problems and communicate these with data scientists so you can find the most relevant use cases and get your initiative off the ground.
Learn the essential frameworks and guiding questions that let you assess the estimated complexity of your desired use cases.
Don't make the same mistakes as everyone else and avoid the sunk cost fallacy that so many ML projects have fallen victim to.
Rank your use cases by business impact and feasibility to identify emerging champions and low-hanging fruit that you can implement quickly.
Tackle your roadmap step by step and learn essential techniques to ship your first data-driven MVP.
Set your use case up for success by writing crystal clear requirements that any data scientist can actually work with.
Stop asking data scientists questions that only lead to more questions. Get over the back and forth and establish a communication loop that delivers results.
Apply iterative thinking and use agile project delivery techniques to meet expectations and build your data science use cases piece by piece.
