Tiffany Chen is an accomplished design leader with over a decade of experience in human-centered design and the development of impactful product and service strategies. She is driven by a deep commitment to creative excellence, curiosity, and cultivating community through design leadership.

Currently, Tiffany leads strategy on Apple’s Retail Engagement and Marketing team, where she recently launched a global leadership foundations program for Apple’s retail leaders. Before joining Apple, she was a leader at IDEO, where she focused on the learning and education portfolio—leveraging user insights and design to create meaningful impact for educators and students.

Tiffany holds a Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
