Leading design teams isn’t about following a one-size-fits-all playbook.
In this 2-week course, you will unlock your design leadership voice, style, and approach by building on your superpowers, adapting best practices to your team’s unique needs, and leveraging tangible tools to cultivate a creative culture authentic to you and your organization.
