Course overview

Master the playbook to communicate, persuade, and build influence at work.

❌ Being super smart, shipping incredible features, and solving complex problems – none of this will matter if you don't land the right message.

💡Transform your presentations into rich, story-based communication that resonates with executives, boards, your team.

🙌🏼 Unlock your potential and join a community of growth-minded product folks to learn how.

I had a great time learning from Alex and Virendra! The course is easy to digest and given it is about story powered presentations, you will see some incredibly helpful examples of great story telling vs. poorly laid out bullet points on a slide that should have been an email. I was able to immediately apply my learnings to existing presentations.

Syllabus

01

How to have a plan for every presentation

If you aim at nothing, you’ll hit nothing – Knowing your why and your audience act is critical for any effective presentation. We’ll unpack a repeatable strategy to set the stage with context to avoid confusing teammates, customers, senior executives, and others.

02

How to craft a strategic story that resonates

Like products, design matters. We'll walkthrough the classic storytelling frameworks, outline common pitfalls, and discuss best practices for slide design (layouts, information density, working with data, etc.) and more.

03

How to show up dynamically and deliver

People judge a book by its cover – sorry, not sorry. You need to understand how to avoid self-sabotage, apply key techniques to shift from feeling anxious to feeling awesome, and dynamically present your ideas and information in a way that wows.
