Course overview
Life can be lonely for early stage B2B founders in Asia.
This 5-week-long, hands-on course will help you build an actionable marketing strategy for your business.
01
You know you need marketing, but don't know how to set effective goals and make good decisions.
02
You're not seeing results from your marketing efforts and desire a clear roadmap to get traction.
03
You have a great product but don't know how to launch it to new and complicated markets.
You'll identify your target audience and discover their motivations.
Then, you'll use those insights to determine the best marketing channels and strategies you need to attract their interest.
You'll understand how marketing works. We will cover the whole marketing spectrum, break it down and make it simple for you. This will allow you to do it yourself and ultimately better lead your marketing team.
You will have access to proven frameworks allowing you to take action right after each module.
In Startups, "the one who does, knows", so we'll help you learn by doing.
We'll focus on what doesn't change, in order to build a stable strategy.
You'll be able to leverage this strategy for a few years , and you'll learn how to adjust it as conditions change.
