Understand the Core Principles of Marketing

Learn what are the key components of marketing and how they're inter-dependent.

Define, Activate and Differentiate your Brand.

Your brand is a platform for the business. Learn how to define and build it when you start from scratch, in a way that impacts results.

Find People with Problems

When starting up, the biggest risk is to build something people don't need.

You'll learn how to interview people, understand the problem, get evidence and start building your marketing engine off of it.

Positioning and Messaging

How you position your offering and how talk about it is what converts prospects into customers. Outcomes first, features second.

You'll create a solid positioning for your offer and craft value propositions that click with your audience.

Channel Strategy

Once you know your users, their problems, and what you want to say, you need to find ways to reach out to them. This is your channel strategy.

You'll learn what are the key traction channels and how to choose the ones that make sense for your business.

Content and Copywriting

Content is important in B2B. Once you reach your prospects, what do you have to say? How you say it, and what do you want people to do after they read it?

You'll learn the frameworks to create content intentionally to drive business actions.

Conversion Rate Optimization and Behavioral Sciences

In the digital space, you have a few second to get people to act.

Learn to leverage their emotions to drive meaningful actions from them and improve your conversion rates.

Operations and Execution

Execution is everything. In this session you'll learn the principles and systems to put your strategy in motion.

Define campaigns to execute your strategy and keep the momentum.

  • Orientation and Happy Hour

    Wednesday, May 25th 5pm - 6pm SGT

    Meet your instructors, your cohort and let's get our creative juices flowing!

  • Tuesday & Thursday Workshops

    4pm - 5.30pm SGT

    Each workshop is live and very interactive. They're designed to allow for questions, practice and feedback.

    At the end of each workshop you'll have assignements for the next session.

    Timing:

    • 60mns: Lecture
    • 10mns: Assignment presentation
    • 20mns: Breakout rooms, Q&A
  • Office Hours and Ask Me Anything sessions

    2 sessions across the 5 weeks

    These sessions don't have a specific agenda, other than providing feedback on your work and answering your questions. They're usually fun, very open-ended and insightful!

  • Pitch Day and Graduation

    4pm - 5.30pm SGT

    A good strategy needs to be communicated, and you'll learn that too!

    During the last session you'll present your strategy to the group and get constructive feedback.
