Fast-Track Your Meaningful Career Change

In this hands-on course, you will stop spinning wheels, and take action by building confidence when connecting with the right people to make a meaningful career change, build your network, create mutual value, and make a bigger impact. Get practical resume and cover letter strategies that you can use now, and in the future, as you pursue the right opportunities for your career.

Who is this course for

01

Professionals with at least two years of full-time work experience and that have ideas about what you want to move away from or towards

02

You know you want to make a career change, but need help identifying the right opportunities, people to connect with, and setting direction

03

You want to build confidence and your network, and connect intentionally in a supportive environment as you make a meaningful career change

Key outcomes

Connect meaningfully with at least one new career contact

Who will you know - truly know - by the end of this course? Only time will tell and you're in the driver's seat! With The Knock Method, an easy-to-follow methodology, you'll identify the right career connections to invest your time in so that it's worth everyone's time.

Learn the building blocks of an effective outreach message, resume, and cover letter for mutual value

Why would someone respond to your email or job application when they don't know you? Write an effective outreach or connection email or job application to create and surface mutual value to build partnerships that last, and open the door to new career opportunities.

Get hands-on with research to avoid ever having to "cold call", and feel confident that your personal branding will land in your job search.

Turn every would-have-been "cold call" into "warm" outreach when you learn how to prepare to connect to build trust (which helps you stand out and cut through the defensive sales barrier and stacks of resumes - your competition).

Build confidence and comfortability in professional relationships

Find out the key ingredient to combat imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and uneasiness that comes with traditional networking and connecting with new career contacts that will lead to your next meaningful career change.

See what people are saying

This is a very worthwhile investment. During the course, you'll strategize an effective outreach plan to make connections with people that can move your career in the direction you want in the short term. Plus, you'll learn how to implement a proven methodology that you can use on an ongoing basis. The worksheets were so valuable!
