Mary Beth Snodgrass

Mary Beth Snodgrass is the Managing Director and Head of the Product Advisory Collective (PAC). A seasoned product leader and entrepreneur in highly regulated industries, Mary Beth has 15+ years of leadership experience across tech startups and in highly regulated industries. At early stage healthcare and energy startups, she built and brought products to market in evolving and opaque regulatory contexts. While compliance challenges deterred or delayed other companies, the challenges became catalysts that drove her to innovate and differentiate more competitively.


Mary Beth’s expertise is at the intersection of policy and tech, which is demonstrated by her career, master’s degree in global policy, and AI product and governance courses and certifications from Oxford University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan and more.
