I’m Jacquie, a former Director of Design, now Fractional Head of Design, founder of a creative consultancy, and career & business coach. With over a decade in the industry, I’ve led teams, built brands, and scaled products, but my real work is helping creatives reconnect to themselves.


Through a blend of strategy, systems, and inner work, I help designers move from burnout to alignment - because when your inner world shifts, your work (and life) transforms.

Alex is a Design Leader, Coach and Educator who draws well over a decade of design leadership experience from companies big and small, from government to corporate to startups to design communities. Interacting with hundreds of designers, he consolidates his experience into a vibrant UX coaching practice that helps designers to find clarity, confidence, and creative energy in the part of their work that matters most.
