Jai is unlike any other engineer you've met. Jai started his career in high finance managing $550,000,000.

After hearing from a client about how software would eat finance, Jai decided to get directly into startups.

Jai learned to sell before becoming technical. In this experience, he learned about the differences between what customers are asking for versus what startups are building.

Jai then taught himself to code and went on to work on software for highly regulated industries and eventually started working on observability, monitoring and evaluation platforms for highly available systems.

After becoming deeply technical, Jai decided to learn to teach. Jai learned instructional design and now he's on a mission to help everyone reskill for AI-native work.
