Project Management Fundamentals
Excellent primer course that explains PRINCE2 and project management in a very straightforward way. The course brings the theory alive and how to apply the basics in real situations. Particularly found the Initiation section insightful - explains why so many projects/ideas start but fail to deliver what they set out to do.
