Course overview

Rewrite your career story and reclaim your path with clarity, purpose, and power

This course is for talented professionals impacted by the recent wave of Big Tech and R&D layoffs—especially those navigating career disruption, self-doubt, or a loss of direction.

Over two sessions, you’ll explore the historical context of the industry's shakeup, reflect on your own experience, and begin reshaping the story you've been telling yourself. You'll partner with others to build a supportive network, reframe your setback as a turning point, and design a powerful next chapter with a renewed sense of agency.
