Course overview

Build the skills necessary to lead or grow a strong culture of experimentation

By the end of this course, you won’t just understand experimentation. You will be ready to lead it. Whether you are just getting started or trying to revive a program that has stalled, you will gain the skills, mindset, and structure needed to build or grow a strong culture of experimentation.

The course begins with experimentation models and practical processes for integrating testing into your workflow. From there, you will build a solid foundation in data and statistics, learning how to navigate real-world challenges such as GDPR compliance and low-traffic environments. You will sharpen your ability to design tests, analyze results, identify errors, and communicate findings in a way that drives action.

As the course progresses, you will explore consumer psychology to better understand what drives user behavior and how to apply that knowledge to optimization strategies. Finally, you will bring everything together by applying these insights to UX improvements that enhance customer experience and support business outcomes.

You will learn through interactive sessions, cohort discussions, real-life exercises, and ongoing support from award-winning instructors. You will leave the course with practical tools, proven frameworks, and access to a like-minded community of experimentation practitioners who are all invested in building a culture of continuous learning.
