Compensation packages can be intricate. Identify your best alternative to a negotiated agreement (BATNA) and your zone of possible agreement (ZOPA). This is an opportunity to further strengthen your relationship with your future boss.

Evaluate complex offers

Understanding standard equity terms and vehicles, such as option grants, vesting schedules, triggers, incentive stock options (ISOs), nonqualified stock options (NSOs), and restricted stock units (RSUs), empowers you to lead the discussion about your offer's stock component.
