This course is a 4-week path to nourishment for body, mind and spirit. It's made for women who want structure, proven guidance and support around living a healthier life inside and out.

Learn how to fall in love with your body by finding a new appreciation of your inherent potential, strength and self concept.
🎯Boundaries
Clean house by eliminating that which no longer serves you. No more busy work. Explore your boundaries and only say yes to that which you truly want.
💪Body
Practice the protocols that will give you a solid foundation in nutrition, detoxification, strength training, and cardio.

Create consistent eating and mindset habits for a healthier, more meaningful lifestyle that will allow you to live the life of your dreams.

Learn with and from the best. Guest speakers Veronica Lewis, Roxanne Saffaie, and Juli Keene will be joining our cohort to share the life-long lessons that have helped them on their own journeys.

Nutrition
You'll start with a purification process to help you remove natural toxins from your body and help maintain a healthy weight.

Mindset
Throughout the course, you'll document your progress on your Habit Tracker, while practicing mindfulness exercises, techniques and activities.

Strength
With 2 strength sessions per week plus cardio, you'll learn the fundamentals for becoming stronger. At the end of the four weeks, you will feel stronger and more centered.
Join us for a 30 day challenge filled with a 21 day cleanse, 2 days a week live sessions, strength training, wellness prompts for journaling, and practicing self-love.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
2:00pm PST
Every Tuesday and Thursday we'll have live calls. Topics include: nutrition, overall wellness strategies, self-love, discipline, and Q&A+s. We'll also provide a space for accountability, check-ins, and specially to celebrate your small wins.
Weekly projects
2 hours per week
We'll be sharing with you frameworks and journaling exercises to work on the mindfulness and spirit part of the programming.
Strength Training
2 hours per week
It doesn't matter in what level you're in, these HIIT, speed work, and jump work training sessions will help you create a consistent exercise habit.
