By staying hands-on, I've been trusted to lead big, hairy initiatives including several pricing overhauls and redesigns. I was also the founding PM of the Patreon API Platform, which powers products at Spotify, Reddit & Discord.

Most recently, I joined as first PM at Riverside.fm, leading an AI product used by Mark Zuckerberg, Michelle Obama, and Bill Gates. My journey also includes co-founding a profitable SaaS company.

Joining early at five venture-backed companies allowed me to see what product org structures - and PM habits - succeeded in each context and why.

Why I'm passionate about this course:

I believe that with the right systems and habits, every product manager can achieve outsized impact without sacrificing their well-being. After tweaking my system for a decade, I want to help others break through their productivity walls and level up their career.
