Michael Margolis is the founder of Storied; a narrative transformation company. Michael is a narrative teacher and tech philosopher. He leads the world's first learning platform for Narrative Intelligence ™ with courses, coaching, and community for people leading change and transformation.
With a specialty in disruption, he's advised 300+ organizations including Autodesk, Google, Meta, NASA, Uber, and Zillow on some of their most ambitious initiatives. Since 2016, Michael has worked with 15 product teams at Meta, including Groups, Newsfeed, Monetization, Messenger Kids, Social Impact, and Global Business Group. He also has served as faculty for Google UX’s Leadership Development Program and worked closely with the growth and data science orgs at Shopify.
His latest book, Story 10x: Turn the Impossible Into the Inevitable, is available in bookstores, on Kindle, and Audible. Michael is left-handed, color-blind, and eats more chocolate than the average human.

As a narrative and operational expert with over 18 years of experience working closely with CEOs, shaping corporate strategy, running business operations, and setting org-wide KPIs and OKRs. As head of community at Storied, she leads the sales/marketing/user experience teams at Storied, a company that helps organizations and leaders craft and communicate their stories to inspire action and change.
Her core competencies include project planning, sales, and client relations, which she has honed through a variety of engagements for clients such as AT&T, Facebook, Google, Verizon, Bloomberg, Hulu, Amex, SAP, and many others. She is passionate about creating meaning and value for employees and customers, and is have a certified Creating Meaning for Employees from Alison. Her mission is to empower businesses to achieve peak performance and impact through the power of storytelling.
