Without guidance or a community, it can be difficult to apply the lessons when you need them most. That's why we created this course.


In Stoicism Applied, you'll learn the foundations of Stoic theory and practice, and implement them effectively into your personal life


Each module is grounded in the ancient texts, modern case studies, and our practical experience teaching thousands of people how to be more Stoic. Every week we'll cover the essential Stoic ideas and how you can apply them to your life.


You will not only learn this philosophy from us but also engage with other individuals seriously walking the same path.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays

    6:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST

    Weekly lessons with Michael and Caleb – short presentations with live discussions to dive deeper.

  • Fridays

    8 AM ET / 2 PM ET

    Community discussions once a week. 1 hour. We'll offer different times each week to ensure attendees can attend.

  • Weekly writing

    1-2 hours per week

    Share and discuss your progress with others.
