Course overview
It's our last chance to really move the sales needle before the summer. Over 5 weeks, you will run a targeted prospecting campaign to test a niche market to generate new sales opportunities. Think of the Sales Sprint like a running group. We each have our own products and services to sell, but in the Sales Sprint you receive the support and camaraderie of a team. You'll be working with multiple organizations working through the same process and goals, but learning, supporting, and lifting each other up together.

Before starting the Sales Sprint, identify what you want to sell and to whom. Be specific. Choose the market you want to test and grow.
Define a product or service that you can sell right away. No assembly required.
Identify which market or niche you want to target. Be clear on why this group is strategically important.
Generate New Sales Opportunities
Rapidly increase the volume of prospecting in a defined target market with a compelling sales pitch.
Validate Niche Markets
If you can't sell it, don't market it. Prove the target market has a need for your product or service.
