Rapidly Generate Sales Opportunities in June

It's our last chance to really move the sales needle before the summer. Over 5 weeks, you will run a targeted prospecting campaign to test a niche market to generate new sales opportunities. Think of the Sales Sprint like a running group. We each have our own products and services to sell, but in the Sales Sprint you receive the support and camaraderie of a team. You'll be working with multiple organizations working through the same process and goals, but learning, supporting, and lifting each other up together.

Prerequisites

  • Before starting the Sales Sprint, identify what you want to sell and to whom. Be specific. Choose the market you want to test and grow.

  • Select Product / Service to Sell

    Define a product or service that you can sell right away. No assembly required.

  • Select a Market or Niche

    Identify which market or niche you want to target. Be clear on why this group is strategically important.
