Traditional approaches to stress, anxiety, and sleep issues are no longer enough.
We’re both here because of one thing—anxiety. And the truth is, it doesn’t have to control you or run your life anymore. How do I know? It all started with a bag of Cheetos.
You see, I haven’t always been the calm and confident Stephanie you see in front of you today. Anxiety used to be an unwelcome guest in my daily life. I knew something needed to change, but it became all too apparent that I couldn’t wait to deal with it anymore when I lost it on a bag of unsuspecting Cheetos. Oh yeah, that’s right. I pulverized each one of those tasty morsels of crunchy amazingness into obliterated cheese dust.
That was the turning point for me. I began over 20 years of researching holistic and natural ways to calm stress and anxiety.
Now, I am privileged to use the same help I found for myself with clients all over the world through my hypnosis coaching and my book “Goodbye Anxiety, Hello Freedom.”
And that’s why I created the Calm and Confident YOU group cohort—to help others find freedom from the burdens that stress and anxiety want to heap on top of us all.
